As a Fashion Institute of Technology alum, Sneh Diwan started her career in Fashion, working in the industry for over 10 years in Trend Forecasting, Styling, Design and Technical Design. Established in 2011, originally as a fashion and travel blog, Diwan By Design started by offering professional services in styling and organizing.

 

In 2015, Sneh was given the opportunity to assist her mentor on a wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens and immediately fell in love with the planning process. After pursing classes in floral design and combining her creative background and love for organizing, Diwan By Design has evolved into a boutique creative agency offering wedding planning, day-of coordination, styling and organizational services.

Charishma is passionate about learning new things everyday and tries to find fun, creative ways to approach life. She grew up dancing, which sparked her love for events and people. She has always loved to read, especially memoirs because they remind her how different each person's life is, and to keep an open mind. Charishma's goal in life is to travel as much as she can. She wants to experience the cultures and see the beauty of this world. 

Somani says three things matter most in a good party: organization, organization, organization. Growing up in an extended family, Somani has happily taken on the role of coordinating special occasions and revels in guests having a good time. Living in Jersey City, Somani has developed a passion for attending multicultural events and learning about people’s diverse backgrounds. Through these experiences, she soon realized her passion for event planning and joined the DBD team. Outside of making wedding magic, Somani loves to kickbox, tutor little kids and interior design.
